About the role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in digital marketing, proven experience in managing ad campaigns, developing content strategies, and a solid understanding of social media trends. Prior experience in a marketing agency and working during US hours is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage content calendars and social media strategies aligned with business goals. Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Manage daily social media posts across all platforms and ensure brand consistency in voice and tone. Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and optimization strategies. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and build community engagement. Collaborate with the design and content team to produce engaging visuals and copy. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of total experience in digital marketing and social media management. Must have 1 year of experience working in a marketing agency environment. Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns across social platforms. Strong knowledge of content strategy, audience targeting, and analytics tools. Must have experience working in US Shift . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote work setting. Nice to Have: Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Canva, etc. Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
