About The Role

Are you a social-first content whizz with a sharp eye for editing and a passion for creating scroll-stopping content? Got your finger on the pulse of TikTok trends, Instagram reels, and YouTube shorts? Fancy working with some of the UK’s biggest brands including McDonald’s, PlayStation, M&S and many more?

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Editor/Production Intern to join our growing content team at one of the UK’s top PR agencies. If you’re a recent grad with a standout showreel or someone with a bit more experience ready to level up, this is your chance to break into high-profile brand work and grow with us. You would be working closely with our Content Director, Senior Content Producer, team of print and digital designers and alongside our Social and PR teams.

You will either be responsible or heavily involved in the full lifecycle of video production: ideation, principal photography, post-production, and distribution. You’ll be editing unique content for client campaigns, new business as well as internal briefs.

This will be a 6-month paid internship, with the potential to progress into a permanent role at the end.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Edit a wide range of short-form social content for top-tier UK brands
  • Help shape creative across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and more
  • Attend shoots as part of our crew – and occasionally shoot content yourself
  • Support our producers across the full video production process, including creating shot lists, call sheets, risk assessments and everything else needed for content production.
  • Bring fresh, trend-led ideas to the table – and help bring them to life
  • Collaborate closely with our creative, social and strategy teams to make content that lands

Who you are:

  • Graduate of a relevant Post-production / Film or TV Production course
  • You live and breathe social content – and can spot what’s trending before it’s trending
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop and/or CapCut a bonus)
  • Comfortable on set – whether holding a camera, running the schedule, or helping set up shots
  • Organised, proactive, and excited to be part of a fast-moving content team
  • Keen to learn, grow and contribute to work that gets seen and shared
  • A natural collaborator – you’ll be part of a tight-knit and supportive team

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience editing branded content or working with clients
  • Have experience of shooting, even if it’s just on a smartphone
  • Know how to balance creativity with deadlines
  • Can show us a killer portfolio or TikTok/Reels/YouTube short-form content
