On-the-Job Experience
You'll have job rotations within related teams that will broaden your understanding of the business, enabling you to learn from multiple experts and strengthen your skills. Additionally, you'll dive into real projects that drive business outcomes and tackle challenges in your department.
Feedback & Coaching
Ongoing feedback, coaching conversations, and regular check-ins will help you unlock your strengths, define growth opportunities, and reach your goals. You'll follow the Red Bull performance cycle, which is designed to track your progress and explore opportunities for development through performance evaluations.
Formal Training
You'll attend Graduate Training Week, an intensive development training designed specifically for our graduates, along with function-specific training to further develop your skills. We believe in interactive, practical, and thoughtful workshops that equip you with the knowledge to succeed at Red Bull.
Networking & Building Relationships
You'll be paired with a Wingperson and a Grad Guide--mentors who will help you navigate the organization and uniqueness of the program. This support will also connect you with peers, building a strong foundation for your network in the world of Red Bull.
