You can expect: Job Rotation and Graduate Challenge Project From day one, you will have the opportunity to dive into your role and collaborate with different teams, both internationally and interdisciplinarily. Through job rotation and the Graduate Challenge Project, you will broaden your knowledge, gain insights into our company, and strengthen your professional and personal skills. Performance Coaching Ongoing coaching and feedback conversations, as well as regular check-ins, will help you achieve your goals, unleash your strengths and potential, and define your development opportunities. Development You'll have the opportunity to leverage your strengths to enable you to work towards mastery. You'll receive the opportunity to take part in the Graduate training week and additional workshops to grow your skills and knowledge even further. Graduate Training Week By participating in the Graduate Training Week and additional workshops, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge. International Community We connect you with other peers who will inspire you and from whom you can learn. This way you lay the foundation for your network in the world of Red Bull. Who we're looking for You're an ambitious graduate or soon-to-be graduate who embraces big challenges. You're driven, motivated and you take your work seriously... without taking yourself too seriously. Education & Experience You will have already graduated or will graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by January (Latin America/Africa) or July 2025 (Europe/North America). You have a track record of pursuing personal passions and have gained valuable work experience through internships or beyond. Personality You are an open and communicative person, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit. You are ambitious, proactive, and have a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects, taking on new challenges, and driving your own development. Passion Whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion. Both professionally and other projects - your goals are always set high. You love to stretch yourself and are passionate about what you do. Languages Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in the local language(s) may be necessary in some countries.
