Financial Data & Process Developer

Financial Data & Process Developer Main Responsibilities: - Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis - Partner with Finance and Data Analytics teams to identify data and process improvement opportunities - Develop and optimize data pipelines to enable efficient and accurate financial reporting and data-driven decision making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of financial data and reporting systems - Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and integrity Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or financial reporting - Strong SQL and data modeling skills, experience with data warehousing and BI tools - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Knowledge of financial concepts and data structures (e.g., general ledger, accounts, budgets) - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
