Project Coordinator, Product Strategy

The purpose of the Red Aspen's Product Strategy team is to concept, develop and launch consumable, playful, and compelling products to inclusively support the businesses of all Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing department projects to ensure that projects run smoothly, and deadlines are met. Monitor project status, prioritize and track deliverables, and manage project timelines Lead Product Development projects from definition through completion and keep stakeholders informed the entire way Ensure documentation is organized and maintained throughout the length of the project Determine and track product ordering timelines per department needs Establish and maintain relationships with external shipping and product vendors Receive, organize, and manage vendor samples as they arrive Organize and track all communications between external vendors to ensure product timelines are met Facilitate and communicate project changes to ensure all parties are informed Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure all project deliverables are met Assist Product Strategy Team with tasks as assigned.
