Our primary technology, supporting our ATARS product, enables pilots to simulate the cognitive challenges of flying while accessing realistic, scalable training in dynamic outdoor environments.
We are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on hardware engineering, software engineering, and product roles.
This role will sit onsite at our Denver office 2 days per week and partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to deliver exceptional talent across a variety of highly technical disciplines.
You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, for complex engineering positions while providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, software, and product roles including intake, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.
