Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Trainer based in Noida. The Recruitment Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for recruitment processes, conducting workshops, and mentoring trainees in recruitment best practices. The role focuses on creating curriculum and content, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring industry standards are met. Additionally, the Trainer will collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve training methodologies and materials.

- Strong expertise in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Proven experience in delivering training sessions and workshops
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop training materials, modules, and curriculum tailored to industry needs
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, software, and automation platforms
- Solid understanding of market trends in staffing and hiring practices
- Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals to achieve their professional goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
