Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Work Mode: Hybrid | 5 Days a Week.
Job Description:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters in the Non-IT domain
Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & closing top talent
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs & deliver best-fit candidates
Implement smart hiring strategies to meet targets and exceed expectations
Ensure strong communication and long-term relationships with clients & candidates
Qualification Requirement :
6?8 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT)
At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team.
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, ATS, and market trends.
Excellent communication, people management & decision-making skills.
A result-oriented mindset with a passion for hiring excellence.
