Roles & Responsibilities:
Connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of colleges/universities to coordinate for campus drives.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Headhunting candidates and sourcing resumes directly from Linkdin.
Maintain and update candidate and campus details in Excel sheets for smooth tracking.
Support in creating, managing, and organizing candidate databases.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and the HR team.
Work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day recruitment activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
Eager to learn HR operations and the recruitment process. Immediate joiners preferred
