Location: Remote (India)
Working Hours: EST Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

About the company
We are a Boston-based medical technology investment firm specializing in spine innovation, implants, and minimally invasive technologies. As we expand commercialization efforts in the U.S. market, we are building a customer-focused and process-driven Account Management function to enhance physician engagement, case support, and revenue growth.
Prior experience in medical/healthcare backgrounds is an advantage.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and professional Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in stakeholder and candidate interactions, and the ability to manage hiring processes independently in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who understands US hiring standards, can source high-quality candidates across functions, and thrives while working EST hours remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
- Handle hiring for US-based roles across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical fit, communication, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring reports accurately
- Work independently while managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Must-Have Requirements
- Prior experience hiring for US-based roles is mandatory
- 3+ years of Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate coordination abilities
- Ability to work full-time during EST hours (7 PM – 3 AM IST)
- Immediate joiners only
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Background
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or international clients
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting experience
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Prior experience in medical/healthcare backgrounds is an advantage.
