Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant located in Noida. The responsibilities include managing the hiring process, conducting candidate interviews, developing recruitment strategies, and supporting staff training efforts.
Salary Upto:- 3.00 LPA TO 3.5 LPA
Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on portals, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage bulk hiring for technical and field roles (technicians, engineers, sales)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure
- Experience in hiring for technical roles (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or field hiring
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna etc.)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance
