Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for sales and related roles, using various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The position may also support onboarding activities and coordinate training-related communication for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques, including behavioral and competency-based assessments.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with Training teams or coordinating training activities for new hires is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and social media sourcing tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices.
