About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to take our hiring efforts to the next level. You’ll be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the recruitment process, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. If you’re a passionate person with a knack for matchmaking talent, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source top candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
