Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring operations across various departments. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Compliance & Documentation
- Collect and verify candidate documents during pre-employment stages.
- Support background verification and reference checks.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
Process Improvement
- Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding ratio.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in improving hiring workflows and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for sales, customer service, or operations roles.
- Knowledge in Crypto
- Experience working in fast-growing startups, fintech, or service environments.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
