Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Noida. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including Bulk hiring, arranging candidates interview at client site, and training new employees. The role involves identifying potential candidates and facilitating onboarding processes. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Training new employees
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
