Non-IT Recruiter – Volume Hiring
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in volume hiring and bulk recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions across multiple non-IT domains while managing high hiring volumes within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various domains.
- Manage volume/bulk hiring requirements for multiple clients and business units.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and vendor networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets within SLA timelines.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure proper candidate tracking and database management using ATS/Excel.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and staffing partners.
- Conduct mass hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment activities when required.
- Generate recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and status updates for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment and volume hiring is mandatory.
- Any graduate qualification is acceptable.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and bulk hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
