Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates to meet the organizational needs. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify top talent, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. The Recruitment Specialist will also support training initiatives to ensure successful integration and development of new hires.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction
- Knowledge or experience in Training and onboarding to support employee integration
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
- Experience in high-growth industries or decor and furnishing sectors is a plus
