Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in the Malleshwarm, Bengaluru. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. The role also involves facilitating onboarding processes and coordinating training programs to support employee development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive candidate experience and building a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- 1-5 Years of experience in BFSI / Stock broking Hiring
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Experience in candidate onboarding
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proactive problem-solving and time-management skills
- Understanding of recruitment best practices
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
