Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment Specialist located in Pune City. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying talent needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, the role requires maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and providing training to new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Experience in designing and facilitating Training for new hires
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple hiring tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
