Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for salon and corporate positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job postings, and maintain talent pipelines. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing selection processes, supporting onboarding and initial training coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role also involves promoting Tress Lounge’s employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess talent and represent the brand professionally.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding coordination skills to help new team members integrate smoothly.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty and wellness recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
