We’re Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (1–2 Years Experience)

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end hiring process — from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with team leads to understand real hiring needs (not just job descriptions)
- Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience
- Conduct interviews and identify potential beyond resumes
- Support onboarding and help new hires settle in smoothly
- Contribute ideas to strengthen our employer brand
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT hiring is a big plus)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
