Role Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, managing candidate databases, and coordinating onboarding and training for new hires.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in recruitment or technical resourcing.
- Strong background in technical or engineering recruitment, ideally within the Water and Oil & Gas industries.
- Prior experience working with US/UK clients (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple roles.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, professional environment and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Familiarity with end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
