Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali. The Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include posting job openings, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with department heads, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Relationship-building with talent pools and external recruitment partners is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and conducting interviews.
- Strong skills in recruitment strategy development and database management.
- Understanding of hiring compliance, labor laws, and company policies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a recruitment role; experience within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
