Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Lucknow. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. They will coordinate recruitment campaigns, manage candidate pipelines, and support onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads for workforce planning and providing training and development recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to source and select the best talent.
- Strong skills in Interviewing and conducting candidate assessments effectively.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and team members.
- Experience in Training and onboarding initiatives to enhance the development of employees.
- Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate attention to detail in recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
