Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and extending job offers. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing recruiting strategies, coordinating training sessions for new hires, and maintaining effective communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Ability to organize and deliver Training programs
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently manage tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
