Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across UK & Europe
✅ Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
✅ Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process
✅ Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements
✅ Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a great candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience (UK & Europe hiring is a plus)
✔️ Strong understanding of job portals & sourcing strategies
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
