Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. The role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, designing job postings, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and assessment techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to develop strategic recruitment plans and manage end-to-end hiring processes
- Experience in market research for talent acquisition and building candidate pipelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
