Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Mohali district. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications. Additional responsibilities include coordinating onboarding programs and facilitating training sessions for new hires. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with team leads to identify staffing needs and create recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to source, select, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to ensure effective evaluation and engagement with candidates.
- Experience in Training new hires, developing orientation programs, and facilitating employee integration.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various recruitment-related tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, and talent assessment techniques is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role within the fitness or wellness industry is advantageous.
