Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid & senior-level roles across industries.
- Source talent through headhunting, networking, and social platforms.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives by building inclusive talent pipelines.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent.
- Provide a strong candidate experience and ensure timely closures.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting/search firm.
- Exposure to mid/senior-level hiring and passion for diversity hiring.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
