Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our hiring team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while developing communication and talent acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
