Primary Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination).
- Source and attract qualified Indian candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience (preferably recruiting Indian candidates).
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms commonly used in India (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for international clients.
- Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles.
- Background in BPO, IT, healthcare, or skilled trades recruitment (depending on your industry focus).
