Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support business growth through strategic talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS reports
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is an added advantage
- Prior experience in startup/fast-paced environment preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
