Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Noida. The specialist will handle daily HR operations, manage HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and ensure effective personnel management. Key responsibilities include implementing organizational HR strategies, facilitating employee relations, and overseeing compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and strong knowledge of HR Management practices
- Familiarity with creating and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits programs
- Proficiency in Personnel Management and fostering employee relations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
