Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Noida. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and liaising with academic institutions for talent acquisition initiatives. Additionally, the role involves organizing training programs and ensuring candidates are prepared to meet role-specific requirements. Collaboration is key, as the role contributes to maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Bulk Hiring, Recruiting, and understanding recruitment cycles
- Proficiency in blue collar Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
- Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 1 Yrs. Experience in core Recruitment, Training and supporting candidates for career readiness is a plus
- Ability to adapt to dynamic client requirements and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Familiarity with the industries we serve, such as Manufacturing, Civil Construction, education, Telecom, IT Infra is desirable.
