Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified tech talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand technical requirements from hiring managers (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and clients
- Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of IT positions as per hiring targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, QA, Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs
Payroll & HR Operations:
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary inputs
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and documentation process
- Handle employee data updates and HR MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational activities
Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Create and manage social media posts for company branding
- Design creatives and basic marketing content
- Support creation of corporate reels and short videos
- Assist in managing company LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Contribute ideas for digital engagement and branding
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT staffing / consultancy environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Ceipal, BambooHR, etc.)
- Knowledge of US/UK/India IT hiring (if applicable)
- Experience in contract and permanent staffing
