Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. The role involves building talent pipelines for various functions, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The specialist will also support onboarding activities, collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs, and contribute to training initiatives related to interview best practices and recruitment policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong hiring and recruiting skills, including experience with sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess effective interviewing skills, with the ability to assess competencies, cultural fit, and role suitability.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess training-related skills, including the ability to support or deliver sessions on recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Relevant experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in HR within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws, recruitment best practices, and use of applicant tracking systems or HR software is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
