Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Gurugram. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and improving recruitment strategies. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with team leaders to identify hiring needs and ensure that top talent joins the organization.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and conducting Interviews
- Strong Communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to manage Training processes and onboarding
- Proficiency in creating and implementing recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in healthcare sector hiring is preferred
