🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can own roles end-to-end — from understanding the requirement to closing the candidate.

You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and internal leads on live mandates across India, UAE, and remote markets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for client-based hiring (tech & non-tech roles)
• Deep-dive into JD and client context before starting any search
• Source candidates
• Referrals & proactive outreach
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Share high-quality, well-vetted shortlists with clients
• Track pipelines, feedback, and closures with discipline
• Work on multiple roles in parallel while maintaining delivery quality
