🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can own roles end-to-end — from understanding the requirement to closing the candidate.
You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and internal leads on live mandates across India, UAE, and remote markets.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client-based hiring (tech & non-tech roles)
- Deep-dive into JD and client context before starting any search
- Source candidates
- Referrals & proactive outreach
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
- Share high-quality, well-vetted shortlists with clients
- Track pipelines, feedback, and closures with discipline
- Work on multiple roles in parallel while maintaining delivery quality
