🔴 Job Overview:
We are looking for a target-driven HR Executive who can handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for sales profiles. The candidate should be energetic, proactive, and capable of closing positions quickly.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Bulk hiring & aggressive recruitment
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Screening, interviewing & shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews & follow-ups
• Managing daily hiring targets
• Maintaining recruitment reports & pipeline
🎯 Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment (Sales hiring preferred)
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet targets
• Fast learner with proactive attitude
💰 Salary: Fix ₹2,40,000 per year + Incentive
⏰ Working Days & Timing:
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
