Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. They will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, help design and deliver training programs for new hires, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring alignment with company culture and policies will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and understanding full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders professionally
- Experience in Training and talent development for new hires and existing employees
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple recruitment priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial or service sectors, is beneficial
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is an advantage
