Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and facilitating onboarding. The role also involves collaborating with departmental leads to identify staffing needs and assisting in training and development initiatives for new hires.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and team members
- Experience in Training and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment for IT or technology roles is a plus
