Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (High-Volume Hiring – IT & Non-IT)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist who can manage high-volume hiring across both IT and Non-IT roles simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sourcing multiple positions at once, and meeting tight hiring deadlines while maintaining candidate quality.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple IT and Non-IT roles simultaneously.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media.
Manage bulk hiring requirements while ensuring quality and turnaround time.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Adhere to recruitment processes, SLAs, and compliance standards.
Roles You May Hire For (Examples)
IT Roles: Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, UI/UX Designers, Support Engineers
Non-IT Roles: Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Admin, Customer Support
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
Proven experience hiring both IT and Non-IT roles.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple job portals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple positions and work under pressure.
Comfortable working night shift (5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST).
Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, or fast-scaling organizations.
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
