Role: Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth experience
- Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets and closures
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment/staffing agencies is a plus
