About the RoleWe are looking for a highly proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding. This role is critical in scaling our teams across Sales, Ad Operations, Tech, and Leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closure
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and advanced Boolean search for high-quality talent acquisition
- Build strong pipelines for mid to senior-level roles, especially in digital marketing, programmatic, and tech
- Actively headhunt passive candidates (not just inbound applicants)
- Create and optimize LinkedIn job posts, outreach messages, and employer branding content
- Collaborate with business heads to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain strong candidate experience and communication standards
- Track hiring metrics: TAT, cost per hire, conversion rates, pipeline health
- Build and maintain a talent database for future hiring needs
Must-Have Skills- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn hiring (mandatory)
- Strong command over Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and outreach personalization
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, or Tech roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Good to Have- Experience in Digital Advertising / AdTech / Affiliate Marketing industry
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho Recruit, ATS systems, or HRMS platforms
- Understanding of startup hiring dynamics and aggressive scaling
Location Requirement- Candidate must be based in Gurgaon (within 10 KM radius) for better coordination and team collaboration
