Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Corporate and support functions.
- Handle high-volume sales & frontline hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer coordination.
- Conduct new employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and HR records.
- Support HR projects related to training, performance management and employee development.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
- Energetic, proactive and people-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Full time MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
