Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist for an on-site role located in the Pune Division. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding. The role will also include training new hires, ensuring effective communication between teams, and collaborating with department heads to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with teams and candidates
- Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
