Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational needs. The role will involve conducting interviews, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will play an active role in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience Required 2-3 years
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes to enhance employee integration
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition is an advantage
