Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job requirement gathering, job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate fit, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the selection process. The Recruitment Specialist will maintain candidate databases, support onboarding activities, and help organize and deliver training sessions for new hires. In addition, the role will collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines for key roles, and support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate skills and cultural add.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience in training and onboarding, including facilitating basic orientation or role-specific training sessions.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, local labor regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in recruitment for interior design, construction, or related creative/technical fields is an advantage.
