Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and provide training and resources to improve recruitment outcomes. Additionally, you will serve as a communication bridge between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in conducting Interviews and evaluating candidates
- Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Background in providing Training and developing recruitment best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of staffing industry practices or experience in AI-driven recruitment platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
